Transit Fuel Company, one of the leading operators and developers of fuel stations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to appoint a highly qualified executive to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operational activities across the company's fuel station network, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and service quality.
Job Objective:
To lead and oversee all operational functions related to the company's fuel stations, ensuring consistent, efficient, and safe operations while enhancing customer experience and maximizing operational performance in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the fuel station network across all locations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and operational policies.
- Drive operational performance and ensure achievement of key performance targets.
- Lead and manage operations, maintenance, and customer service teams.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance customer experience and service delivery standards.
- Optimize operational costs and improve overall efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational integration.
- Support operational readiness for expansion and new station rollouts.
- Prepare executive operational reports for senior management and the Board.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably in the energy, retail, or service sectors.
- Proven experience in managing multi-site operational networks.
- Strong strategic leadership and execution capabilities.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and manage organizational change.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and executive reporting skills.
