We are building a new Food & Beverage brand in Riyadh with an ambitious expansion plan (Central Kitchen + Multiple Branches). We are looking for an exceptional COO to be the operational arm of the CEO and drive the entire project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the operations of the central kitchen and all branches. • Establish operational systems and build strong teams. • Manage procurement, contracts, and logistics. • Monitor performance (KPI’s) and ensure quality across all operations. • Translate the company’s vision into tangible results on the ground.
Requirements: • 7+ years of proven experience in F&B operations or related industries. • Strong track record in scaling and managing multi-branch operations. • Hands-on leadership style with strategic vision. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
