Chief Project Engineer

Job Description

1. Responsible for overall technical management of construction projects, serving as the

primary technical authority and coordinator.

2. Establish and manage project-wide engineering and technical standards, ensuring

compliance with contract requirements and technical specifications.

3. Oversee design coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and other

disciplines; review and approve technical deliverables.

4. Manage technical interfaces during construction, including material selection, method

statements, and technical problem resolution.

5. Lead resolution of major technical challenges encountered during design and

construction phases.

6. Identify and manage technical risks, continuously optimizing design solutions,

construction methods, and technical processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong engineering background with comprehensive technical oversight capabilities

for large-scale projects.

2. Solid understanding of building construction methodologies, foundation works,

quality management systems, and engineering standards.

Years of Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale EPC or construction projects.

Experience as Chief Engineer, Technical Manager, or equivalent senior technical

role is required.

Experience in mega or landmark projects is a strong advantage.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
