Job Description

We are supporting a fast-growing digital transformation and technology services organisation with the appointment of a Chief Revenue Officer to lead its commercial growth in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will take ownership of revenue strategy, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and overall commercial performance.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished technology executive with a proven track record of building substantial revenue streams, developing high-value client relationships and leading large commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear revenue strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify new markets, priority sectors and client segments across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
  • Define and implement go-to-market plans for the company's digital consulting and technology services portfolio.
  • Lead the pursuit of major enterprise and public-sector opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, government stakeholders and strategic decision-makers.
  • Drive account-based sales strategies focused on large, complex and high-value engagements.
  • Take an active role in major bids, commercial proposals, contract negotiations and strategic pursuits.
  • Expand existing strategic accounts while developing new client relationships and routes to market.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with technology vendors, systems integrators and other ecosystem partners.
  • Take responsibility for revenue growth, profitability and market-share objectives.
  • Maintain strong oversight of pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycles, margins and forecasting.
  • Work closely with delivery, consulting, pre-sales and technology teams to ensure client commitments are achievable.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, executive forums and relevant networking platforms.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing commercial organisation.
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, incentive structures and performance expectations.
  • Coach senior sales leaders and develop succession plans for critical commercial roles.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior commercial, revenue or sales leadership roles within technology services, digital consulting, IT services or a related sector.
  • A proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and winning complex enterprise engagements.
  • Strong experience leading large accounts, business units or substantial commercial portfolios.
  • Previous responsibility for P&L, revenue, margin management and commercial forecasting.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and an established network of senior enterprise and government stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise software and digital transformation services.
  • Experience developing strategic alliances with global technology vendors, channel partners and systems integrators.
  • Strong commercial judgement, financial literacy and business acumen.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex strategic negotiations.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing sizeable sales teams.
