Job Description

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience Required: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead sales operations for real estate and construction projects across the UAE market.
  • Drive revenue generation, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, project, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful project launches and sales conversions.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within the real estate/construction industry.
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale property sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling luxury, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate ecosystem will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to lead large teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
