Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead sales operations for real estate and construction projects across the UAE market.
- Drive revenue generation, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, project, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful project launches and sales conversions.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within the real estate/construction industry.
- Proven track record in driving large-scale property sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling luxury, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- Strong network within the UAE real estate ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
