Chief Specialist (DGEP) - Excellence & Corporate Performance

We're looking for a driven professional to lead and coordinate the implementation of Excellence Criteria in line with DGEP (RADAR System) requirements. This role plays a key part in driving corporate performance, continuous improvement, and excellence culture across RTA.

Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on Excellence Criteria implementation and DGEP assessments

Coordinate corporate performance indicators, workflows, and improvement actions

Support annual budget implementation and recommend adjustments

Lead excellence self-assessments and train internal assessors

Promote excellence awareness and support DGEP awards nominations

Provide performance feedback and improvement recommendations to management

Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives and orientation programs

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Must have 10+ years of experience International Excellence programs and DGEP
• Must have experience in Strategic Management, Corporate Performance & Project Management
