Strategy

• Develop and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan, integrating requirements from agencies

and sectors and identify related marketing initiatives.

• Lead the development and implementation of marketing programs and annual plans including

initiatives and projects related to road safety for different groups, ensuring effective followup

on their implementation.

• Manage marketing governance, including budgets, goals, and resource allocation, ensuring

alignment with RTA's strategy and sustainability framework.

• Lead innovation initiatives focused on consumer-centric platforms and ROI-driven studies

aligned with strategic priorities.

• Promote sustainable development and strengthen the Authority's national identity through

coordinated plans and media outreach.

Operations

• Coordinate market research and public opinion studies to measure the brand and corporate

reputation.

• Perform analytics, performance measurement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

for all marketing activities including quarterly return on investment (ROI) from marketing and

advertising campaigns carried out.

• Guide in preparation of periodic reports on the department's performance and its strategic

impact.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including benchmarking, best practices, market

research, customer classification, and beneficiary analysis to inform campaigns and service

enhancements.

• Review and coordinate all logistics for MCC marketing projects, campaigns, and service

initiatives, ensuring accuracy of allocations and adherence to budget limits.

• Fulfil regulatory and government reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant

rules and procedures.

Product / Process Improvement

• Analyse statistical data, campaign performance, and beneficiary intelligence to identify

service gaps, root causes, and improvement areas.

• Coach internal teams on MCC processes, quality practices, and innovation methods to ensure

consistent service standards and continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on marketing trends, beneficiary needs, and

industry dynamics through networking and data systems.

• Recommend enhancements to existing products and services while adopting AI-driven digital

identity management and advanced analytics to future-proof marketing.

• Measure the impact of marketing programs and initiatives, implementing corrective actions

as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Establish and manage marketing governance (budgets, goals, resource allocation, logistics,

quality objectives) to ensure compliant and efficient delivery of marketing projects.

• Originate and steer innovation-focused initiatives (consumer-centric platforms, value-added

tactics, ROI/sales feasibility) aligned with RTA strategic priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications
  • 9+ years in case of master's degree (11+ years in case of bachelor's degree)
