Job Purpose

Provide professional advice and guidance in the field of Public Private Partnership through, strategic planning and development of all operational and investment activities to support opportunities for partnership with the private sector in order to enhance the achievement of financial sustainability in coordination with the concerned authorities internally and externally, and to ensure the provision of all support from studies, research and supportive reports to manage these projects.

Key Results & Accountabilities

# Review and draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contract documentation, and annexures to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations

# Support Duties: Provide support in executing tasks and duties assigned by senior management and internal sectors/agencies

# Prepare status updates and other required reports for submission required by internal and external stakeholders

# Collaborate with other departments within RTA to identify and define the structuring of new PPP projects

# Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in PPP project management

# implement assigned projects and coordinate activities among internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met as agreed with the Section Manager

# Perform any other duties related to the position as deemed appropriate

# Provide advice to the section manager based on expertise in Next-Gen Public-Private Partnerships Policies and Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of next-generation PPP policies and their implementation strategies

# Compile and finalize periodic progress reports on project status. Review these reports with the Section Manager to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objective

# Work Plan Development through prepare necessary documentation, including NFA (Need for Approval) documents for review by the Head of Investment Committee or Director-General, in consultation with the Section Mana

# Demonstrate expertise in financial modeling techniques, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Greenfield, and brownfield project

# Promptly manage day to day matter and raise any project-related issues or concerns to the Section Manager and propose appropriate solutions

# Prepare concise summaries and presentations for Board of Directors/Committees. Follow up on Board/ committees decisions to ensure timely implementation of directions

# Review, Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and relevant notes.

  • # Bachelor degree in Finance/ /Accounting from a recognized university
  • # CP3P Master degree or / CFA /or CPA 11 years relevant experience in the field
