JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for development and updating of strategic transportation plans for Dubai, prioritize and budget transportation projects, and conduct specialized studies and benchmarking to optimize and sustain the emirate's transportation systems.
Key Results Accountabilities
# Monitor and analyze transportation system performance, recommending improvements and adjustments to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
# Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders, ensuring coordination and integration of transportation initiatives across various sectors.
# Identifying new trends to support the future of the Roads and Transport Authority with sustainable transportation modes through the future scanner.
# Review relevant studies and plans received from stakeholders and provide technical input as needed in line with RTA's strategic plans.
# Adhere to RTA information Security Policies and Procedures, related to data protection and as per approved regulations.
# Conducting reports related to the future foresight and sustainability of transportation.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.
# Conduct strategic transportation studies to develop and update comprehensive plans for Dubai, aligning with global trends and the emirate's urban and economic growth.
# Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.

Education
# Bachelor/ master's degree in Transportation planning or Civil Engineering, or a relevant field from a recognized university. 11 years of experience
