We are a leading company specialized in Desserts & Bakery, and we are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef Steward Manager to join our growing team.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stewarding operations within the kitchen and production areas
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained
- Lead, train, and supervise the stewarding team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and production teams to support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef Steward or Stewarding Manager, preferably in F&B, desserts, or bakery industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
