Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead supervision of inspectors and inspection activities across driving schools and driver training facilities, ensure compliance with approved standards and regulations, monitor field performance, address violations, and provide operational guidance to maintain training quality, safety, and

regulatory adherence. Strive to achieve excellence in team management and ensure the efficient and effective implementation of activities, through guiding and directing employees, developing

processes, successfully achieving corporate goals, and developing strategies and plans to improve the overall performance of supervisors and teams under his supervision.

Accountabilities

Strategy

  • Support the preparation of annual inspection plans and KPIs, ensuring alignment with

approved departmental objectives, and contributing to the development of inspection

strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring team compliance.

  • Participate in performance improvement planning through review of reports, trends,

operational observations, and analysis of inspection outcomes to support informed decision-making.

  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of departmental work plans, including annual,

monthly, weekly plans and inspection campaigns, and ensure effective organization and

management of daily operational tasks.

Operations

  • Conduct periodic supervision and field inspections of driving schools, driver testing centers,

training institutes, special activity sites, and approved work locations to ensure compliance

with applicable laws, standards, specifications, permits, and regulations.

  • Verify the readiness and compliance of training facilities, vehicles, yards, tracks, halls,

knowledge testing rooms, tram coaches, trainers, and permits in accordance with approved

requirements.

  • Supervise supervisors and inspectors during field operations and at the Smart Control Center

across shifts, ensuring effective monitoring, task execution, adherence to schedules, and

compliance with procedures.

  • Review inspectors daily reports with supervisors, discuss violations and work-related issues,

issue or release violations as required, document evidence, update inspection systems, and

submit reports and recommendations to the head supervisor and senior management.

  • Monitor instructortrainee interactions on roads, within institutes, and through the Smart
  • Control Center, and conduct site investigations as required.
  • Receive, investigate, and act upon complaints, suggestions, and grievances from customers,

the Driving Education Department, and other stakeholders, including preparation and

submission of supporting documentation to the Unified Grievance Committee and issuance of

investigation reports and recommendations.

  • Oversee audit-related activities, including approved audit fees, verification of promotional

advertisements, and coordination with relevant departments on organizational circulars and

directives.

  • Prepare and submit periodic compliance, control, and performance reports to the Drivers
  • Licensing Department and other concerned entities and conduct follow-up with school

managers and supervisors on inspection findings.

Product / Process Improvement

  • Analyze inspection data and performance indicators, compare actual results against KPIs, and

recommend improvements to inspection operations and compliance outcomes.

  • Oversee the accuracy, entry, updating, and reporting of inspection data, facility records, and
  • violations in inspection systems, ensuring quality and reliability of records.
  • Study corrective actions resulting from internal and quality audits, monitor closure indicators,

and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection processes and violation recording

accuracy.

  • Monitor financial aspects related to operational plans, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment

with approved plans and efficient utilization of resources.

  • Propose creative ideas and improvement initiatives, encourage employee participation and

innovation, and support documentation and implementation of approved suggestions.

  • Ensure effective implementation of directives received from the head supervisor and

director's office within defined timelines, and prepare all official correspondence, reports,

and communications, both internal and external.

  • Supervise, guide, evaluate, and support supervisors and inspectors by providing performance

feedback, guidance, and training, and monitoring changes in inspection requirements.

  • Oversee adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements, coordinate with the
  • QHSE Office on training vehicle accident reports, and ensure confidentiality of all workrelated

information, data, and correspondence.

  • Participate in planning, implementation, and support of departmental events, activities, and

projects, provide support to project managers, represent the inspection unit before clients

and stakeholders, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's Degree/ Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Analysis or equivalent
  • 8+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in case of master's.
