Job Purpose
Lead supervision of inspectors and inspection activities across driving schools and driver training facilities, ensure compliance with approved standards and regulations, monitor field performance, address violations, and provide operational guidance to maintain training quality, safety, and
regulatory adherence. Strive to achieve excellence in team management and ensure the efficient and effective implementation of activities, through guiding and directing employees, developing
processes, successfully achieving corporate goals, and developing strategies and plans to improve the overall performance of supervisors and teams under his supervision.
Accountabilities
Strategy
approved departmental objectives, and contributing to the development of inspection
strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring team compliance.
operational observations, and analysis of inspection outcomes to support informed decision-making.
monthly, weekly plans and inspection campaigns, and ensure effective organization and
management of daily operational tasks.
Operations
training institutes, special activity sites, and approved work locations to ensure compliance
with applicable laws, standards, specifications, permits, and regulations.
knowledge testing rooms, tram coaches, trainers, and permits in accordance with approved
requirements.
across shifts, ensuring effective monitoring, task execution, adherence to schedules, and
compliance with procedures.
issue or release violations as required, document evidence, update inspection systems, and
submit reports and recommendations to the head supervisor and senior management.
the Driving Education Department, and other stakeholders, including preparation and
submission of supporting documentation to the Unified Grievance Committee and issuance of
investigation reports and recommendations.
