Purpose
To provide general management and operational oversight for the Technology Division with the objective of
ensuring that appropriate information technology solutions and services are properly delivered in an efficient
and effective manner, in order to increase system utilization, maximize return on investment, streamline
business processes and applications, enable functionalities, and add to the strategic objectives within the
required government regulations, and approved organizational policies and procedures.

- Define and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends in Fintech.
- Identify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance our POS, digital wallet, payment gateway, and remittance platforms.
- Lead the digital transformation strategy to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, user-friendly, and secure Fintech solutions.
- Ensure robust integration and interoperability between the company's various systems, including POS, wallets, gateways, and remittance platforms.
- Drive innovation in product development to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality Fintech solutions.
- Establish a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Recruit and retain top technical talent to build and sustain a high-performing team.
- Ensure that all platforms and systems meet the highest standards of cybersecurity to protect user data and financial transactions.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements in the Fintech sector and ensure compliance with data protection, AML, and payment industry standards.
- Proactively mitigate risks related to system downtime, breaches, or regulatory non-compliance.
- Maintain 24/7 system uptime and availability for POS, digital wallet, payment gateway, and remittance services.
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency as the business grows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., COO, CMO, and product teams) to ensure alignment between technical and business priorities.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the Fintech space, including AI, and financial technologies.
People Management
- Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Master's Degree Preferred.
