Job Purpose: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the organization's overall technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise systems architecture, and IT operations across the group. The role will drive innovation, scalability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence while ensuring technology capabilities align with business growth objectives and international expansion plans.
The CTO will play a strategic leadership role in modernizing enterprise infrastructure, optimizing digital platforms, and leading large-scale ERP and enterprise application environments, with mandatory deep expertise in Oracle technologies and ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the group-wide technology and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead all technology functions including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, networks, cloud environments, data management, and IT governance.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, stability, and business alignment.
- Drive enterprise architecture initiatives and ensure seamless integration between Oracle platforms and other business systems.
- Lead digital innovation initiatives across retail, manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce, and corporate functions.
- Establish and maintain strong IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and risk management practices.
- Manage large-scale ERP environments and enterprise transformation projects across multiple countries and business units.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor management, technology investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and lead high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements across operating regions.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud transformation, automation, AI enablement, and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Establish KPIs, technology roadmaps, and operational standards to enhance system reliability and service delivery.
- Support IPO readiness initiatives through technology governance, security maturity, audit readiness, and scalable systems architecture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior executive-level roles.
- Mandatory hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle technologies, including Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, and enterprise Oracle ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology projects.
- Strong background managing enterprise applications within complex, multi-country organizations.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and IT governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing IT teams and managing strategic technology vendors.
- Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth, operational scaling, or IPO preparation is considered a strong advantage.
