Role Overview

Open Valor is seeking a Saudi national Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technical and research direction and oversee the design and development of complex, enterprise-level AI systems.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to make critical technical decisions, lead engineering and research teams, and translate research vision into scalable, operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the company's technical and research vision.

Architect scalable and complex AI-driven systems.

Oversee the development of operational and cognitive AI systems.

Lead engineering and AI teams and establish technical standards.

Manage the full AI system lifecycle from research to deployment.

Ensure system quality, reliability, security, and governance.

Collaborate with executive leadership on product and enterprise readiness.

Represent the company's technical capabilities to partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Saudi nationality (mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Master's or PhD in a relevant technical or research discipline (mandatory).

Proven experience in:

Building complex AI or technical systems.

Working on enterprise-scale or research-intensive projects.

Designing scalable and sustainable architectures.

Strong expertise in one or more of:

Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Systems Architecture

Data-Driven Systems

Decision Support Systems

Experience leading technical or research teams.

Strong ability to combine research thinking with practical execution.
