Job Description:

VIWELL is hiring for a dynamic leader in the role of CTO. The ideal candidate must have a strong experience in tech start-ups, business acumen with exceptional experience in Stack Technology of Node.js for backend, React native for mobile app, React.js, Graf QL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the technology team and oversee building of the platform to ensure it is done correctly, efficiently, within budget and on time.
• Develop and manage the product architecture and roadmap required for the build.
• Lead software development team to develop, document and maintain cutting-edge web and mobile based application.
• Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to entire tech engineering team.
• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Align with the Product Department and the Project Management teams to ensure development plans are in line with the product requirements as well as the project road map.
• Submit structured and professional progress reports to the CEO on regular basis.
• Create and implement processes which ensure all resources are used effectively and efficiently. This includes performing regular code review as well as the approval process of payments for third parties.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
• Problem-solve for developers and other IT team members.

Core Job Competencies:

- University Degree and relevant certifications in the required technologies or Information Technology or equivalent.

• Exceptional experience in Stack Technology of Node.js for backend, React native for mobile app, React.js, Graf QL.

- Strategic mindset with ability to create strategic plans and align different teams to the organization's vision and plans.

- Effective performance management of remote teams.

- Able to successfully manage stakeholders with an ability to take effective decisions.

- Effective communicator especially with remote workforce.

- People's person who can resolve conflicts and maintain positive work environment among his teams.
