We are partnering with one of the GCC's most ambitious health services platforms on a key leadership hire. Our client is scaling fast and looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to join their executive team and help shape the next chapter of their growth.

The Role

As CTO, you will own the full technology vision of the business. From architecture to execution, from product strategy to team leadership, you will be the driving force behind how technology creates real value for clients, partners and the patients ultimately served.

You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, with full accountability and full support to make bold decisions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in the insurance market is non-negotiable. You will need to have worked within or alongside insurers, TPAs, or health insurance platforms and have a genuine understanding of how the sector operates, where the inefficiencies lie, and how technology can address them at scale.

Beyond the technical credentials, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who thinks like a builder, moves with urgency, and is as comfortable in a commercial conversation as they are in a technical one.

GCC-based or GCC-experienced candidates are strongly preferred. Local talent is a priority for this hire.
