Role Overview
Talent Tide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Transformation & Governance Officer (CTGO) for a leading client in Dubai. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening corporate governance frameworks, and overseeing key support functions.
The CTGO will play a critical role in aligning organizational capabilities with long-term business objectives while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive organizational transformation initiatives across the enterprise
- Oversee and strengthen corporate governance structures, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Provide strategic leadership to core support functions, including:
- Human Resources (primary focus)
- Information Technology
- Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement
- Legal & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, talent development, and organizational culture
- Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution across support functions
- Establish performance metrics and governance controls to monitor effectiveness and accountability
- Advise executive leadership on transformation priorities, risks, and opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in Human Resources leadership (mandatory)
- Proven experience in organizational transformation and change management
- Deep understanding of corporate governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience managing multiple support functions at a senior leadership level
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Prior experience in large or complex organizations preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of experience, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles
- Professional certifications in HR, governance, or transformation (preferred)
