We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to lead the design, development, testing, and production of advanced mechanical weapon systems.
In this role, you will
- Lead the full development cycle from concept and prototyping to testing and production.
- Oversee the design of machine guns, grenade launchers, remote weapon stations (RWS), turret systems, and stabilized weapon mounts.
- Support weapon system integration on armored vehicles, robotic platforms, naval systems, and fixed installations.
- Build engineering standards, manufacturing processes, and test procedures.
- Lead prototype development, qualification testing, and production readiness.
We're looking for someone wit
- 15+ years of experience in weapon systems design, development, and manufacturing.
- Strong background in mechanical weapon systems, recoil systems, feed systems, turrets, and RWS.
- Experience with MIL-STD / NATO STANAG qualification and testing.
- Senior engineering leadership experience in a defense manufacturer, OEM, or government arsenal.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Weapons Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechatronics.
