Job Description

Position: Livestream Operations Manager -

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Livestream Operations Manager fluent in Chinese and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of below-mentioned activities and work collaboratively across divisions. This role involves designing strategies to enhance performance and engage users for business growth.

• Responsibilities:
• Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on YouTube and other platforms for Indian audience, including crypto market trend research, hot tokens, and topic planning on pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis and performance review.
• Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with business operations team and livestream hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.
• Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script structure writing and presentation skills development.
• Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.

• Requirements:
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analysis: Strong capabilities in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities.
• Adaptability: A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.

Nice to have:

• Crypto and web3 knowledge and/or trading experience on crypto exchange such as Binance, Coinbase, etc.
• Previous working experience in livestream or experience in hosting livestreaming to attract fans and users
• Language proficiency in Chinese and Hindi
