Chinese Speaking Real Estate Agent

FN Realty is looking for confident, driven, and professional Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience required
• Driving License: UAE driving license is preferred, but not mandatory
• Languages:English & Chinese required. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting properties and dealing with clients.
• Social Media: Comfortable presenting and selling properties through social media platforms and digital channels.
• Personality: Professional, confident, energetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
• Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, and committed to achieving shared success.
• Culturally Aware: Respectful and understanding of cultural differences, diversity, and international perspectives.
• Discipline-Driven: Consistent, accountable, organized, and committed to following through on responsibilities.
• Sales Mindset: Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
• Present and promote properties professionally.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Use social media effectively to generate business and showcase properties.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company targets.
