Job Description
Position Summary:
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in compliance with local CID regulations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws regarding guest identification.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to authorities.
- Coordination: Work with front desk team for smooth guest check-in and data collection.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all guest records and information..
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and relevant software.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
