First Class is a fast-scaling property management and hospitality group operating across Dubai's short-term rental market. We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Cinematographer, Videographer, and Photographer to lead visual content creation across all online and offline digital channels, campaigns, and brand activations, while also supporting social media execution.

This role is ideal for someone whose core strength is visual production and art direction, and who is comfortable managing content from capture through to publishing.

The Role

As Cinematographer, Videographer, and Photographer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the visual direction of First Class content. You will do photography and videography, own art direction on shoots, edit final assets, and support the publishing and management of content across social media platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Content team to ensure all visual output reflects the premium standards and positioning of the First Class brand.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematography, Videography, and Art Direction

Lead art direction for photo and video shoots across properties, campaigns, and brand activations

Define visual mood, framing, movement, and lighting for each shoot

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms

Manage camera setups, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment

Execute shoots independently from planning through capture

Photography

Capture high-quality photography for marketing content, lifestyle content, events, and activations

Apply strong composition, lighting, and styling principles

Maintain visual consistency across all photography outputs

Editing and Postproduction

Edit video content with a focus on pacing, clarity, and storytelling

Apply color correction and finishing aligned with brand guidelines

Edit photography for marketing and social media use

Deliver assets optimized for multiple platforms

Social Media Support and Management

Support day-to-day social media publishing in coordination with the marketing team

Adapt visual content to platform-specific formats and requirements

Assist with content scheduling and execution

Monitor engagement and flag performance insights where relevant

Brand Activations and Events

Capture photography and videography during brand activations, events, and launches

Provide on-site visual direction to ensure brand consistency

Document activations in a professional and premium manner

Requirements

Proven experience in cinematography, videography, and photography

Strong hands-on shooting experience with professional camera equipment

Experience editing photo and video content

Understanding of social media content formats and publishing requirements

Ability to manage shoots end-to-end independently

Strong attention to detail and visual quality

A portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing work is required

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands

Familiarity with short-form social media content

Drone or advanced camera experience is a plus
