YP Club works with hundreds of members and delivers the infrastructure that makes them better leaders and drives real economic value, regionally and globally. That infrastructure lives online through our native mobile app, PioneerOS, and offline in the room. Member experience starts with Circle, a curated group of eight who meet monthly as each other's advisory board, overseen by resident coaches. City activations are led by our Committee, who make sure founders operate at their best across mind, body and business. We believe founders should enjoy the pursuit of building, so we run international retreats and a concierge service that handles the logistics. Inside the room, members have co-founded businesses together, raised from one another, and gone on to nine-figure exits.

The role

We are searching for a true A player. Someone who has run an entire business unit on their own and is ready to get stuck into the micro and the macro. You will lead the whole of Dubai, reporting directly to the founder. You will have complete autonomy over who gets into the room and how the member experience is delivered. Dubai is our first city and London is next, so what you build here becomes the template every city after this one runs.

This is not suited to someone who has only worked in membership sales or retention. It is demanding. It asks you to think critically about problem solving, to build relationships that matter, and to understand the founder journey and mindset deeply.

About you

• You have owned a P&L or run a business unit, and carried the number on it
• You have experiencing in holding and closing memberships, maintaining standard and closely following SOPs
• You have operated with real autonomy, building the plan rather than executing someone else's
• You know and understand the founder mindset deeply, ideally because you have built something yourself
• Confident speaking publicly and holding a room full of founders
• Experienced with high net worth individuals and delivering service at that level
• Approachable and kind, someone who actively wants the best for others
• Comfortable running several workstreams at once without dropping any
• Ideally tech native, because we are heavily focused on technology
• You already hold your own UAE residence visa
• Bonus points if you already have a public profile and produce content in the founder space
