Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 10+ years in Civil & Structural Design for Oil & Gas projects

Qualification: B-Tech/B.E. in Civil/Structural Engineering (M-Tech/M.E. preferred)

Regional Expertise: GCC experience mandatory; ADNOC project experience highly preferred

About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical for delivering high-quality engineering solutions for major Oil & Gas projects.

Essential Experience & Skills

Design & Analysis:

• Foundations (deep and shallow), steel and concrete structures, buildings, roads, drainage systems, retaining walls.
• Structural stability verification for large-scale steel structures and pipe supports.

Software Proficiency:

• STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit for structural analysis and modelling.

Standards & Compliance:

• ADNOC Codes of Practice (COPs), international codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, Eurocode).

Project Execution:

• Technical guidance during design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation).

Quality & Leadership:

• Mentor junior engineers, ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality for structural scope.

Preferred:

• Chartered/Professional Engineer status (P.Eng., CEng).
• Seismic design experience for high-risk zones.
