Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Architect to join our team in the Congo Africa region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create effective architectural plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and reports.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction techniques for each project.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 10-20 years of experience in civil architecture, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
