Role Description
- Create quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) for the architectural and civil items of the project (whenever needed).
- Review quantity surveying for subcontractors.
- Write and submit a report, whenever required, to compare between quantity take-offs of subcontractors and clients to identify any conflicts or inconsistencies; and submit Cost Control department for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Create quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) for the architectural and civil items of the Variation orders (whenever needed).
Qualifications
- Experience in Residential and commercial buildings
- Strong background in Civil Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
