Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage site logistics and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 10 Years experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
