Civil Consultant

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a new career opportunity for the position of Civil Consultant, based at our Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors) in compliance with industry and OEM standards. Must also be aware of all civil requirements to stand in are required.

Responsible for reviewing training standards for all FMS, hard services staff and providing feedback against industry best practice.

Responsible for the implementation of the PMS Procedure including observations / NCRs to ensure the FMS is complying with contractual deliverables, SLA's and health, safety and environmental standards, to ensure a continual improvement process is fully embedded.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make sure to monitor all maintenance activities for all civil activates including inspections, preventative programs such as painting to protect the asset integrity.

2. Making sure that all FM activities are in line with applied HSE standards

3. Reviewing and developing technical proposals and FM solutions that lead to high standards services

4. Ensuring that all facilities and utilities are maintained with high standards

5. Develop continuous improvement plan and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.

6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation.

7. Monitor all on ground activities handled by FM contractor

8. Held responsible for all handed over assets.

Job Requirements:

5+ years in Facilities management.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a civil discipline
• IWFM Certified
