Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with proven experience in high-rise building construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts based on design specifications and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for high-rise building projects.
- Convert concept drawings, sketches, and specifications into detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback.
- Ensure all drawings are in compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Maintain drawing records and revisions systematically for project documentation.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify design implementation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and authority submission procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Experience working with consultants or main contractors in large-scale high-rise projects.
