Assistant Project Executive with strong joinery and AutoCAD expertise to support project execution, site coordination, and material delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with joinery drawings, be confident reading and interpreting AutoCAD details, and be comfortable travelling to project sites to coordinate and reconcile material deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and coordination of joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare, review, and interpret joinery drawings using AutoCAD.
- Liaise with production, site teams, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Be physically present at project sites during material deliveries.
- Check and reconcile delivered materials against approved drawings, BOQs, delivery notes, and project requirements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in joinery, fit-out, interiors, or furniture projects.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, particularly joinery drawings and details.
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites, including during material deliveries.
