We are seeking a highly versatile Civil Engineer to play a key role in project development and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients and suppliers, overseeing site activities, pricing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and preparing financial and technical proposals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients, present our capabilities, and promote our services to secure new projects.
- Price Bills of Quantities (BOQs) accurately and competitively.
- Prepare financial and technical proposals for project bids and client submissions.
- Supervise site work to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving on-site.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on site supervision, BOQ pricing, and client engagement.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is a plus.
- Strong English and Arabic language proficiency.
