About the Role

Avaasa Living is looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities across our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, solution-oriented, and familiar with Dubai's construction and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day civil and site execution.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and MEP teams.

* Review drawings, specifications and site conditions.

* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards and timelines.

* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

* Coordinate inspections, submissions, NOCs and authority approvals.

* Monitor workmanship, materials, quantities and project progress.

* Prepare site reports, snag lists and documentation.

* Coordinate rectification, testing and project handover.

Mandatory Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai.

* Valid UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership.

* Dubai Municipality engineering registration / relevant practice eligibility and applicable technical competency certification.

* Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval and inspection processes.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and site technicalities.

* Practical problem-solving approach with the ability to take ownership of site issues.

* UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in residential construction, villas, luxury fit-outs, renovation or design-and-build projects will be an advantage.
