Civil Engineer- Building & Maintenance

- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in building/facility maintenance
- Oversee overall building and facility maintenance.
- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
- Repair and replace floor and wall tiles (cracked, loose, or damaged tiles).
- Oversee plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, pumps)
- Maintain walls, ceilings, doors, locks, and minor carpentry works.
- Ensure proper waterproofing in toilets and wet areas
- Valid QID
