Civil Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer/Technician with at least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical drawings, site inspections, and coordination activities required to support ongoing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and site plans.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Support daily site coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the project engineer or supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and authority guidelines.
• Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and work progress.
• Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving on‑site challenges.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, real estate, or interior fit‑out projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and construction materials.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare basic reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
