Civil Engineer

Dar Al Dawa is seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review civil and structural drawings, plans, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate civil and structural requirements with consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, method statements, samples, and contractor submissions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
• Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, the Saudi Building Code, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Monitor project activities against schedules, quality requirements, budgets, and assigned scope.
• Review quantities, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and technical requirements.
• Support the technical evaluation of contractors, suppliers, materials, and engineering proposals.
• Participate in inspections, snagging, testing, handover, and project close-out activities.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, drawings, quantity records, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, construction, renovation, site supervision, or project execution.
• Experience in facility development or construction projects is preferred.
• Valid registration/accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of civil and structural drawings, construction materials, BOQs, quantity take-offs, site supervision, quality, and safety requirements
