Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor work progress and ensure schedules and deadlines are met.

Read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.

Resolve issues and delays on-site promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate records and reports on project status.

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
