House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a one-stop solution for their clients project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Landscape and Horticultural Work to join our team for a project in Al Ula. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in landscape construction, horticultural works, and site supervision, ensuring that all landscape elements are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, and environmental requirements.

  • Supervise on-site landscape and horticultural works, including planting, irrigation systems, softscape, and hardscape elements.
  • Review and coordinate landscape drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure landscape works are executed in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Monitor planting activities, soil preparation, irrigation installation, and overall landscape implementation.
  • Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration with civil and infrastructure works.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements.
  • Track progress in line with the project schedule and prepare site reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in landscape and horticultural works within construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and planting techniques.
  • Experience in supervising softscape and hardscape works on large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with landscape materials, soil management, and plant maintenance requirements.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
