Civil Engineer (Interior Fit Out)

Location: Dubai, UAE | Package: AED 9,000 Total

Job Overview We are looking for a technically proficient Site Engineer to oversee the shop-fitting and interior construction of retail and commercial spaces. This role requires a specialist who understands the anatomy of a fit-outfrom partitions and MEP coordination to the final coat of paint.

What You Will Do

• Drawing Mastery: Use AutoCAD to verify site dimensions against shop drawings and provide As-Built updates.
• Material Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and installation of high-value materials (marble, custom joinery, etc.).
• Daily Scheduling: Maintain a granular site diary, tracking manpower productivity and hitting weekly milestones.
• Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all site works comply with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and DEWA regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in the UAE interior sector (Retail/F&B experience is a plus).
• Skills: Advanced AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel skills.
• Mobility: UAE Driving License is essential for this role.
