We are looking for anCivil Engineerwith experience in Landscaping and Swimming Pool Construction to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of landscaping and pool projects.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure high standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
- Solve engineering problems and implement innovative solutions.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on landscaping and pool projects in Dubai.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
