Civil Engineer (UAE National)

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer (Emirati) to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to begin a professional engineering career and gain hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, project coordination, and site engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects.
• Support site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Review drawings, layouts, and engineering calculations under supervision.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a professional engineering environment.
