Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage road and highway construction activities.
• Review drawings, project specifications, and ensure correct site implementation.
• Monitor earthworks, sub-base, base course, asphalt, and pavement works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and QA/QC teams for approvals.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site challenges.
• Verify material tests, compaction results, and asphalt quality.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 37 years of proven experience inCivilconstruction projects.
• Strong knowledge of pavement design, materials, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
