Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced and practical Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director to support civil engineering works, infrastructure projects, technical coordination, and project execution.

The role involves coordinating engineering activities, reviewing project requirements, monitoring progress, and working closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Candidates with experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, site coordination, or project management are encouraged to apply.

• Coordinate and oversee civil engineering and infrastructure-related works.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on engineering matters.
• Monitor engineering progress, project milestones, and site activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating civil works, infrastructure works, and related project activities.
• Identify and follow up on technical issues, site matters, delays, and outstanding works.
• Review work progress and provide updates to project management.
• Assist with technical submissions, reports, project documentation, and engineering records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Attend project and site meetings and follow up on engineering-related action items.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day engineering and construction issues.
• Maintain proper engineering documentation and project records.
• Support project teams in ensuring works are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Perform other engineering and project coordination duties as required.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, site supervision, project coordination, or a related role.
• Basic to good understanding of civil engineering and construction processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software is an advantage, but not required.
• Professional engineering registration or certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Able to manage multiple engineering tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Practical, responsible, and willing to work closely with both office and site teams.
