Job Summary
Al Marwan Group is looking for an experienced
Civil Foreman Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out activities across residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong site management skills, hands-on experience in fit-out works, and the ability to lead site teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Civil Foreman - [Fit out] include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, and finishing.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and fit-out specifications.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Allocate tasks, manage manpower, and monitor productivity on-site.
- Conduct site inspections to identify issues and report progress, delays, or deviations to the site engineer/project manager.
- Ensure proper material handling, delivery checks, and storage on site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
- Support snagging, de-snagging, and final completion works.
- Perform additional site-related duties as required to support project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 35 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, methods, and standards.
- Ability to read drawings, manage teams, and coordinate site activities effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
