Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our client team and oversee daily site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience with a main contracting company.

Strong experience in site execution and civil construction works.

Ability to supervise and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site activities.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to ensure work is completed as per project schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor workforce productivity and site progress
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution
