Civil Foreman

Mobco Group is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team in the Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage construction workers and subcontractors

• Ensure civil works are executed according to drawings, plans, and specifications

• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to Site Engineer / Project Manager

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project team members

• Plan and allocate tasks effectively to workforce

• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment before execution

• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards

• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions

• Maintain daily site reports and records

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field

• 7–10 years of proven experience as Civil Foreman

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
