Civil Foreman-Renovation & Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing Renovation & Fit-Out construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and the ability to manage multiple renovation projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for renovation and fit-out works.
• Organize and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
• Monitor site safety and ensure full compliance with UAE's HSE regulations.
• Check materials, workmanship, and finishing quality on site.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, manpower, materials, and work stages.
• Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and office teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman (mandatory).
• Proven experience in renovation and interior fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, concrete, block work, plastering, tiling, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach to site management.
