Job Description / Responsibility
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Directly overseeing construction workers and subcontractors to ensure productive work execution.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, including proper use of PPE, and conducting risk assessments.
- Plan Interpretation: Reading and interpreting project drawings, blueprints, and structural specifications to guide the crew.
- Resource Management: Allocating daily tasks to workers and ensuring they have necessary tools, materials, and equipment, while minimizing wastage.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards, building codes, and technical specifications.
- Reporting & Communication: Reporting daily progress, site issues, and worker performance to project managers or engineers.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolving on-site technical problems or staff disputes promptly.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil
- Skills Required: Civil work, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Salary
- Tk. 80000 - 85000 (Monthly)
