Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Civil Inspectors to support a large-scale condition assessment and integrity evaluation project for ADNOC Gas assets across multiple operating sites in the UAE. The role involves visual inspection, defect assessment, concrete condition evaluation, and reporting for civil facilities located in process and non-process areas.

- Habshan & Bab Gas Plants
- Habshan-5 & Sulphur Plant
- Asab Plant
- Buhasa Plant
- Ruwais & Sulphur Plants
- ADNOC Industrial Gases (AIG Mirfa & Ruwais)
- DAS Island (Onshore & Offshore Facilities)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of RCC and concrete civil assets in operating oil & gas facilities
- Inspect foundations, pipe racks, sleepers, buildings, roads, drainage, and fireproofing
- Identify cracks, spalling, corrosion indicators, settlement, and deterioration
- Support NDT/DT sampling and testing activities
- Prepare inspection reports, crack mapping, and photographic records
- Assign condition ratings and repair priorities
- Support SAP and asset tagging activities where required
- Comply with ADNOC HSE and permit-to-work systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 512+ years of experience in oil & gas civil inspection
- Experience working in live operating plants (mandatory)
- ADNOC experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Concrete condition assessment and defect identification
- Knowledge of BS / ASTM inspection standards
- Familiarity with NDT/DT testing methods
- Ability to interpret drawings and inspection checklists
Certifications (Preferred)
- ADNOC Approved Inspector
- H2S / PTW Training
- ISO 9001 awareness
