Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor construction activities including excavation, foundations, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and installation meet quality standards and authority regulations.
• Review and comment on method statements, ITPs, and material submittals related to civil works.
• Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other inspectors to resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare daily site reports, maintain inspection records, and support monthly progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during site activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil/structural site supervision, with at least 3 years on high-rise building projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with Dubai authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
