Civil Landscape Project Manager

Position Overview

BG Group Company is seeking a senior-level Civil Landscape Project Manager to lead the full execution of landscape and swimming pool works in luxury residential villa projects. This role involves overseeing all technical, commercial, and operational aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of landscape, pool, and associated civil works.
• Manage consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and track schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and handover coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Engineering.
• 10+ years in UAE landscaping, including pools and villas.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiar with DEWA, DM, and other local authority procedures.
